Let your kids run wild on a walking tour of the Austrian Tyrol. National Geographic Traveller – Family and Inntravel have teamed up to offer you the chance to win this adventurous seven-night trip.

Travel the valleys and then the villages of the delightful  Austrian Tyrol as a family group, wondering on a self-guided expedition between three family-friendly hotels, at the same time  your  travel luggage is taken on in advanced. You’ll have the opportunity to explore into the high mountains along marked paths, past glistening lakes and through meadows and pine forests. Get the kids’ adrenalin going on non-walking days at the Leutasch Games Park, with its own  1200m-long summer toboggan run – equipped with  bridges, tunnels and 50 bends – and then try mini golf, go-karts and water rides. There’s additionally the chance to hire bikes and dip into swimming pools along the way. The mixture of picturesque walking, superior, warm and friendly hotels and additional fun activities for non-walking days, makes this a holiday the complete family will delight in.

The winner plus one other adult and two children (up to 15 years old) will receive return flights from Gatwick to Innsbruck and a week’s self-guided walking holiday from hotel to hotel in Austria’s glorious Leutasch Valley. The prize, worth £3,000, includes return 50-minute taxi transfers from Innsbruck airport, half-board accommodation, walking maps and route notes, plus luggage transfers between the three hotels. The holiday operates between 30 June and 26 August, and booking will depend on availability. The prize must be taken before September 2013.
